Charming little place. I under stand it is fairly new and has kinks to iron out but I would stay there again.
It was very difficult to get to the hotel the first evening and no one in the area ever heard of it. Fortunately a local merchant called for us. We got very lost coming back to the hotel the next day in the labyrinth where the hotel was located. I suggested to the host that he put up signs to direct guest from the main street. Also he needed a sign on the hotel outside.

Fungus on the wall and musty smell in on of the studios which we have visited ( in the second one it was ok, walls were freshly painted). We were waiting for the man to check in 1 hour (!!!). Nobody was answering the phone. The place is not exaxt as it is marked on the map. There is no sign on the building.

The owner of this apartment is a great person who gave us lots of help. The rooms are spicious and well decorated. It located in a quiet place of fira and we enjoyed our stay there. The courtyard is fabulous and the price is reasonable.

It was a nice stay. Really in the centre of the city. Only 3 minutes to the centra. Friendly owner and his wife. Breakfast ok. If you are looking for a nice room for a friendly price near the centre this is the place to be.

The room was renovated, clean room, bed is comfortable, nice terrace, nearby the Fira center, kitchen in the room.
Map is wrong, it's are to find this hote. The room is really small, and there is no dinning table in my room(but they show it on the website.) The air conditioner wasn't working, it's hot during the day time. The drainpipe in the bathroom was silt up. This hotel just begins for running, lots of things haven't settled down. Perhaps it will be better next time.

ok position, very quiet, nice building, nice breakfast
The air conditioning was just a fan, it was humid, and there was a moldy smell. Not so clean and a bit old.
